Kato Isa is a Ugandan Born from Kayunga District. He was born on the 25th of November 1983 from a family of 14 siblings.

He went to Mataba Quranic Primary School for his Primary education, Namagabi Sec Sch for his Secondary studies and Makerere University Kampala for his Bachelors degree in Tourism and graduated in 2007.

During his school life, he was leader and rose through many ranks from being a class Monitor to a Head Prefect, a role he served diligently. He went on to being a Chairman of Makerere University Tourism Association (MUTA) during his stay at the University.

He has also graduated with a diploma in Airline Cabin crew from Career in Travel London and a Diploma Certificate in Hospitality Sector Orientation Program in India. 

He has worked with different organisations as a Tours Manager of Tour and Travel Center, Airline Cabin crew of Air Deccan and Kingfisher Airlines in India.

He worked also with Ista Hotel an International Boutique Chain of Hotels.

He is apparently the Managing Director of Adventure Culture and Nature Holidays Company and Pristine Tours. He is also the Head Monitoring Unit State House and working with the President of Uganda. 

Kato Isa is a Social Justice activist and promoter of Democracy in Uganda. He is the President of The Federation of Uganda Small Business, Vice Chairman Uganda Tractor Owners and Operators Association and a Member of Public Opinions International.
