Nanjego Sharon also possesses good communication and inter-personal skills, is flexible,a self-starter who applies individual initiatives to get tasks done and is committed to work. She is quality oriented and has ability to grasp new ideas and desires to work in a busy and challenging environmentin your company which will utilize the organizational, innovational, leadership, communication, research and advocacy skills developed during university.

My reliability, communication skills, responsibility and friendly nature are assets I would bring to the work. I would also have the ability to prioritize whilst under pressure meeting tight deadlines.

2013-2016; Makerere University B.A (Hons) Ethics and Human Rights

I completed an independent research project with only a weekly tutorial to supervise it so I had to be extremely self-motivated. I set my own deadlines and targets and became confident in taking directions from my tutor while developing their advice, through my own initiative, into new areas of study that would be useful in my work. I gained experience in the research, organization and presentation of a complex subject.

During my course, I was also called upon to give presentations as part of a team which required careful structuring and organization of my ideas. My forward planning was vital for progressive and well placed delivery and this enabled me to develop excellent communication skills as well as developing a good working relationship with a team.
