President Museveni Send 30 NRM Youth to the Russian Federation

 H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni President of the Republic of Uganda has approved 30 NRM Youth Leaders and Mobilisors to travel to the Russian Federation to participate in the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students Leaders to take place between 14th-34th October 2017 in Sochi City of the Russian Federation.

The conference will attract participants from different parts of the world. The Uganda delegation is short of competent students leaders but dominated by mobilisors of the ruling National Resistance Movement. Some youth leaders were removed from the list such as David Kabanda who has been so much in the media opposing amendment of article 102 (b) of the constitution of Uganda.
