International Police Commission – IPC India Command is an International Partner of Public Opinions (Uganda)

The meaning of the Commission is an instruction, command, or role given to a person or group. Commission is a group of people entrusted by a government or other official body with authority to do something. The International Police Commission – IPC is a competent authority or organization that has the legally delegated or invested authority, capacity, or power to perform a designated function to support the International, National and Local Police and other Peacekeeping Forces to fight against High level Corruption, Global Terrorism, Drugs and Organized Crimes.

The International Police Commission – IPC India Command is a non-profit, peacekeeping and socio-economic development paramilitary intelligence organization based in the Republic of India with extension commands in other UN nations. The International Police Commission “IPC” is also Special (Charter) Partner Signatory of the International Business Standard Organization “IBSO”. The International Police Commission has also been accepted and registered by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India to work in the category of Extraterritorial Organization like the United Nations and its Agencies such as IMF, World Bank, European Commission, OPEC, etc. on 10th August, 2016. The Constitution and Charter of the IPC India Command has already been legally notarized / registered with the Ministry of Law, Government of India. The International Police Commission has also been given the Consultative Status from the UN ECOSOC. It is also a Member of the United Nations Office of the Drugs and Crimes “UNODC”. 69th United Nations General Assembly has also approved the International Police Commission – IPC and also confirmed by the office of the Honourable President of the present 70th United Nations General Assembly. The IPC India Command is currently spearheaded in India by the General Dr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, IPC India duly authorized by the IPC-PHILCOM, the Interpolcom Philcom Intelligence Group “IPCIG” (International Police Commission Intelligence Group), the Transnational Anti-Organized Crime, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and consist of members, a force of strong men and women nationwide, from various professional lines such as businessmen, doctors, engineers, architects, lawyers, retired and active peace officers of the law, soldiers, veterans and other professionals who stand for peace, justice, liberty and democracy.

IPC India Command has been working exceedingly well in the interest of the Humanity with the mutual support, guidance, cooperation and the agreed terms with the International Organization for Educational Development “IOED”. Its Mission has also been supported by other partner organizations that are the SITKA Police Department, Alaska, USA, International Police Association – IAC and all its Sections and the Global Risk International, etc.

Further, the International Police Commission – IPC is also one of the best platforms to work on the Police Reform in the interest of all the Police and other peacekeeping agencies as they are also human beings and work in the adverse situation just to safeguard the civilians. Support of other peacekeeping organizations like Home Guards and Civil Defence and public support is also necessary to make Police Force Public Friendly.

We know this fact that every organization has internal training system for periodical training of the Police Personnel and also have sufficient funds for the same. However, the IPC is ready to provide advance training courses on demand to save the life of our Police Personnel and to make Crime-free Nations.

The IPC India Command is committed to carry out general mandate and objective of ensuring peace and order worldwide and is ever ready within capacity to assist all law enforcement agencies of member nations of the United Nations in the campaign against criminal elements especially international criminal syndicates and terrorist organizations, involving the supreme citizen’s power under the Constitution of all nations to ensure equality of justice, freedom and democracy and to assist the governments of the member UN Nations in humanitarian, socio-civic, and peace keeping operations, while being a catalyst for social development through socio-civic and economic development programs and projects. More so, the Commission compliments alerts statues in surveillance and apprehension of persons in the most wanted list sought by police forces worldwide, track such persons, shares intelligence report with government and non-government agencies and effects arrest upon compliance of vested power of arrest.

The Commission’s resources are vested with power and cloth as natural persons of constitutional authority with basic inherent right to perform such duties and responsibilities as Officers, Staff Members and Active Volunteers.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

To guarantee the availability of specialized services for global destinations such as, but not limited to, sharing of valuable data and information, fostering international cooperation for joint operations and monitoring international developments that may lead to future needs.

VISION:

To serve as a catalyst for a peaceful global environment, providing worldwide services essential for private entities, government authorities and law enforcement agencies, assisting in resolving crimes against humanity

MISSION:

To become a distinct organization committed to support the global law enforcement community in efforts to prevent and resolve crimes against humanity while promoting peace and order and fostering humanitarian cooperation, establishing security whenever appropriate, creating a united front in dealing with private and government agencies in activities with Problems affecting human rights, economics, social affairs, humanitarian and peaceful operations and to augment local agencies in campaigns against high level corruption, terrorism and organized crime.

GENERAL MANDATE of IPC:  

To ensure peace and order by making certain that all local and international laws, declaration and ordinances relative to the protection of lives and properties are enforced

To investigate and prevent crimes especially those involving foreign nationals

To exercise the general powers to make arrest, searches and seizures in accordance with the Constitution and other pertinent local and international laws and detaining arrested persons for a period not beyond what is prescribed by law, informing persons so detained of all his/her rights under Constitution

To bring such criminal offenders to justice and assist in their prosecutions

To assist, escort and provide security to both local and foreign dignitaries and citizens both here and abroad

To assist the government in humanitarian, socio-civic and peacekeeping operations

To be a catalyst for social development through socio-civic and economic development programs and projects
